Duklock and MADMONQ prove that the collaboration between an influencer and a brand can be much more than just supporting product sales. This collaboration doesn't make you feel like it's a business, but about friends supporting the gaming community. Among other things, MADMONQ organized a charity live stream, where together with Duklock and other gamers they raised an almost incredible 59,000 euros for the organization DEJME DĚTEM ŽANCI. We asked Dušan how he perceives the collaboration with MADMONQ and what his motivation is to participate in and organize charity events.

Hi Dušan, you've been working with the MADMONQ brand for a long time. What did this partnership bring you?

"Collaboration with Madmonq was a real hit. I was having a lot of trouble with drinking coffee and energy drinks non-stop and I could already feel that it wasn't right. And then I got an email from the CEO of Madmonq saying that they liked what I was doing and wanted to start a collaboration. At the same time, MADMONQ represents more than just caffeine pills, but also a great community of people and they are trying to guide gamers to a healthier lifestyle. It's great to see that someone is trying to do more than just make a profit."

…

How do you choose which brand to collaborate with?

"I have a simple template for that. I have to be happy, my viewers and ideally the company that I work with have to be happy. collaboration."

On Saturday, you and MADMONQ created a big charity stream, where you together managed to raise approximately 59,000 euros for the non-profit organization DEJME DĚTEM ŽANCI. How does it feel?

"It's incredible!! It wasn't until I got back to the Hotel that I realized what an extreme success it was! When I remember that in elementary school my class teacher wanted to send me to a psychologist because of how much I played games, it's a beautiful irony. :D Moments like this only confirm to me that what I do has meaning and it's certainly one of the biggest highlights of my YouTube life."

…

Why do you participate in charity events? What is your motivation?

"Because thanks to my "position" I have such an opportunity. It's a natural thing for me to help if I can. At the same time, I also feel like I've been giving something back over the years rather than just taking it, you know. :D"

You've already organized a few charity live streams yourself. Which one resonated with you the most?

"Definitely the last one. A beautiful example of how people with passion for their craft can do incredible things. I'm curious to see what we can do next."

Are you planning to organize or participate in any charity events in the near future?

"Well, the times are quite chaotic right now and many people don't even know how they're going to fare. I think that until things calm down a bit, I won't ask people to contribute. If so, we'd rather give something from our own hands with the creators."

…

What would you say to people who want to help people in difficult situations but don't know how?

"If someone really wants to help, the internet can direct them to do so. At the same time, I want to draw attention to the scams that are everywhere, which is why I verify the information you find online. Ideally, focus on verified organizations that have some reputation and results."

There are many ways to help and we would like to encourage you not to be afraid to lend a helping hand if someone needs it and it is not beyond your means. It does not have to be a financial gift of 100 euros, sometimes it is enough to buy a Notabene, help a grandmother with a heavy load or smile kindly at a person on the street. Each of us has something we can help with. It is the small kindnesses that count. Finally, we would like to wish you a wonderful holiday full of well-being, smiling situations and great YouTube videos.
